    　　研究領(lǐng)域為物理海洋學(xué)與氣候變化，主要從事海洋環(huán)流和海氣相互作用研究，近期圍繞季風(fēng)環(huán)境下熱帶印度洋海氣耦合模態(tài)的海洋動(dòng)力學(xué)機制開(kāi)展工作。獲得國家杰出青年科學(xué)基金、中國青年科技獎。發(fā)表SCI論文80余篇，論文SCI總引1500余次,入選 ESI 全球地學(xué)高引排名前0.5%。兼任中國科學(xué)院大學(xué)崗位教授、《熱帶海洋學(xué)報》副主編、《Scientific Reports》編委、《Acta Oceanologica Sinica》編委、《Satellite Oceanography and Meteorology》編委、中國海洋湖沼學(xué)會(huì )理事等。

    2002年7月到2004年3月在中國科學(xué)院南海海洋研究所工作，歷任助理研究員和副研究員；
2004年3月到2008年4月在美國夏威夷大學(xué)工作，任博士后研究員。
2008年5月至今，在中國科學(xué)院南海海洋研究所工作；2014年任物理海洋學(xué)學(xué)科主任，2016年任熱帶海洋環(huán)境國家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗室副主任。工作期間，曾在德國波茨坦大學(xué)、澳大利亞CSIRO海洋大氣研究中心、美國NOAA大湖實(shí)驗室、美國Scripps 海洋研究所進(jìn)行短期學(xué)術(shù)訪(fǎng)問(wèn)。
