王盛安，1958年生，近期負責西沙海洋觀(guān)測研究站上層海洋環(huán)境遠程實(shí)時(shí)監測系統及三亞站海洋環(huán)境遠程實(shí)時(shí)監測系統的研制，為海洋環(huán)境參數的實(shí)時(shí)、連續監測做出了貢獻。
