毛慶文，1970年出生，博士，研究員，曾在香港科技大學(xué)開(kāi)展合作研究。主要從事海洋遙感應用、海洋GIS開(kāi)發(fā)、海洋調查和海洋數據同化系統研究工作，共發(fā)表研究論文30余篇，被SCI收錄論文10多篇。近年來(lái)在遙感資料海洋信息提取、海洋GIS框架設計和海洋數據同化等方面取得了國內外同行認可的創(chuàng )新性研究成果，尤其近年來(lái)研制開(kāi)發(fā)的南海海洋水文信息系統、南海海域CTS試驗系統在南海艦隊海洋水文氣象中心等海軍航保業(yè)務(wù)部門(mén)得到了應用，提高了應用單位的海洋環(huán)境保障水平。目前主持和參加了973項目課題、NSFC-廣東聯(lián)合基金重點(diǎn)項目、中國科學(xué)院重點(diǎn)項目以及海軍專(zhuān)項課題等多項。
