1968年9月出生，博士，研究員、博士生導師，1991年畢業(yè)于青島海洋大學(xué)海洋系，2001年獲青島海洋大學(xué)物理海洋學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)博士學(xué)位。主要從事海洋環(huán)境遙感信息提取與應用研究。
