    　　盧著(zhù)敏，1975年生，博士，副研究員。曾在新加坡國立大學(xué)做博士后。利用理論和數值模式方法研究海洋對臺風(fēng)/熱帶氣旋的響應，從理論上對臺風(fēng)對海洋的近慣性上涌通量的估計做出了修訂。主持過(guò)國家自然科學(xué)基金，973子課題，海洋公益性項目等多項。近年來(lái)在國內外重要刊物上發(fā)表論文多篇。
